Water safety,
first and always
Every Daland lesson is built on water safety — the skills that save lives. It is, and always has been, our number one priority.
That commitment starts with our team. Every instructor, lifeguard, and counselor completes hands-on water-safety and rescue training — much of it paid for by us — before they ever lead a class. We keep low teacher-to-student ratios, certify our staff in CPR and Red Cross lifeguarding, and review safety protocols all season long, so families can trust their swimmers are in capable, attentive hands.
