CPR/AED/First Aid for the Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider
Our class includes practical and specific videos, group activities, study guides, memorization tools and lots of hands-on training. Each participant will have the opportunity to practice on a rescue dummy, use a ventilation mask and BVM, and train on an AED. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Red Cross is designed for healthcare providers and public safety professionals and meets a variety of certification and licensing requirements. Our BLS curriculum includes all standard scientific learning objectives necessary in professional resuscitation courses, but also allows students to develop their critical thinking, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills, and work on reflection and debriefing, which serves to strengthen their overall learning and work experience. Lifeguarding Certification

Lifeguarding Recertification (also called Lifeguard Review)
This one-day condensed course will provide a full review of skills and Red cross updates. Students will be involved in group activities working on rescue skills, back boarding and First Aid. Lifeguarding Instructor Course
Trains lifeguarding instructor candidates to teach American Red Cross Lifeguarding, Lifeguarding Blended Learning, Shallow Water Lifeguarding, Aquatic Attraction Lifeguarding, Waterpark Skills, CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Bloodborne Pathogens Training. Do some of your course work at home and spend less time in the class room. All our courses have an online portion you will complete before starting the class. Prerequisites: Minimum age: 17 years, Possess a current Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED, Complete the Online Session for the Lifeguarding Instructor course and complete the precourse session. Lifeguarding Instructor Review
This in-person Instructor review course is the required course for all Lifeguarding Instructors to re-certify. Do some of your course work at home and spend less time in the class room. During this course, Lifeguarding Instructors and Instructor Trainers will participate in an in-water practice and polish skills session in addition to a classroom-based review of Red Cross administrative policies and procedures. Able to swim 300 yards freestyle confidently
A confidence building swim camp, training kids to respect the water, giving them the skills to help those in distress, whether in the pool or babysitting at home. There are no refunds once you enroll for your class, however you may transfer classes with a $50 transfer fee.

First Aid for Public Safety Personnel - Title 22
This stand-alone Title 22 First Aid for public safety personnel course is specifically designed for firefighters, peace officers, and other non-aquatic professionals. The course combines professional-level First Aid, CPR, and AED training from the American Red Cross Lifeguarding program with supplemental content to meet the California Code of Regulations (CCR) requirements for public safety personnel.Please note, this course does not include water skills practice, but it can be easily added to any American Red Cross Lifeguard course. This comprehensive, 3-day class will equip you with essential life-saving skills, preparing you for emergencies in a variety of situations.
