CPR/AED/First Aid for the Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider
Our class includes practical and specific videos, group activities, study guides, memorization tools and lots of hands-on training. Each participant will have the opportunity to practice on a rescue dummy, use a ventilation mask and BVM, and train on an AED. Do some of your course work at home and spend less time in the class room. All our courses have an online portion you will complete before starting the class. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Red Cross is designed for healthcare providers and public safety professionals and meets a variety of certification and licensing requirements. Our BLS curriculum includes all standard scientific learning objectives necessary in professional resuscitation courses, but also allows students to develop their critical thinking, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills, and work on reflection and debriefing, which serves to strengthen their overall learning and work experience. Lifeguarding Certification
Get ready for a full weekend of learning the latest Lifeguard rescue techniques including CPR and First Aid. Do some of your course work at home and spend less time in the class room. All our courses have an online portion you will complete before starting the class. Our well-trained instructors will guide students through the practical skills and provide many learning opportunities, including videos, study guides, memorization tools, and group activities. Each participant will practice on a rescue dummy, learn to use rescue equipment including the ventilation mask, AED and spinal back board. Per Red Cross requirements, each participant must swim 300 yards, surface dive to a depth of 10 feet to retrieve a 10-pound brick, tread water for 2 minutes, and successfully pass both a practical and written examination for the Deep Water Certification. If participant would like a Shallow Water only Certification, the requirements are a 100 yard swim and no deep water practical skills. There are no refunds once you enroll for your class, however you may transfer classes with a $50 transfer fee.

Lifeguarding Recertification (also called Lifeguard Review)
This one-day condensed course will provide a full review of skills and Red cross updates. Students will be involved in group activities working on rescue skills, back boarding and First Aid. Per Red Cross requirements, each participant must swim 300 yards, surface dive to a depth of 10 feet to retrieve a 10-pound brick, tread water for 2 minutes, and successfully pass both a practical and written examination. Do some of your course work at home and spend less time in the class room. All our courses have an online portion you will complete before starting the class. There are no refunds once you enroll for your class, however you may transfer classes with a $50 transfer fee.

Lifeguarding Instructor Course
Trains lifeguarding instructor candidates to teach American Red Cross Lifeguarding, Lifeguarding Blended Learning, Shallow Water Lifeguarding, Aquatic Attraction Lifeguarding, Waterpark Skills, CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Bloodborne Pathogens Training. Do some of your course work at home and spend less time in the class room. All our courses have an online portion you will complete before starting the class. Prerequisites: Minimum age: 17 years, Possess a current Red Cross certificate for Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED, Complete the Online Session for the Lifeguarding Instructor course and complete the precourse session. Lifeguarding Instructor Review
This in-person Instructor review course is the required course for all Lifeguarding Instructors to re-certify. Do some of your course work at home and spend less time in the class room. During this course, Lifeguarding Instructors and Instructor Trainers will participate in an in-water practice and polish skills session in addition to a classroom-based review of Red Cross administrative policies and procedures. A confidence building swim camp, training kids to respect the water, giving them the skills to help those in distress, whether in the pool or babysitting at home. There are no refunds once you enroll for your class, however you may transfer classes with a $50 transfer fee.
